“United We Dance” という、館山の姉妹都市、ベリンハムのダンスチームが来日し、彼らを受け入れるホームステイファミリー６家族、約30名が集まり、ル・ファーレで手作りの国際交流パーティを開催しました。
日本文化に少しでも触れてもらおうとオリガミを用意。短冊を作ったり、紙飛行機大会をしたり…盛り上がりました。
最後に短冊に願い事を書いてもらい、笹に飾りました。みんなの願いが叶いますように…。

International exchange party was held at Le Phare.”United We Dance” ,the dance team in Bellingham,came to Tateyama. Six host families got together and enjoyed the little international party.
To be familiar with Japanese culture and custom, they fold ORIGAMI and made the ornaments for TANABATA,also known as the Star Festival.
They made wishes on TANABATA cards. We hope their wishes come true!
